How should I store my tea to maintain its freshness?
To preserve the delicate flavor and aroma of your tea, store it in a cool, dark, and dry place. Our signature airtight tins are designed to protect the tea from light, moisture, and oxygen.
What is the shelf life of your tea products?
Most of our teas have a shelf life of approximately two years from the date of production. Each tin is marked with a 'Best By' date to ensure you enjoy the highest quality brew.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our round tea bags are made from unbleached paper and are completely compostable. They do not contain staples, strings, or tags, making them environmentally friendly.
What is your return policy for food items?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your tea, please contact our Citizen Services within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
We offer a wide variety of caffeinated teas (Black, Green, Oolong) as well as naturally caffeine-free herbal blends (Rooibos and Hibiscus). Caffeine levels are indicated on each product page for your convenience.
